Built with traditional local stone, each individually cut by hand, this family friendly villa has fabulous views from the terrace and pool. The owners have small children so this villa is ideal for a family holiday as there are two bunk beds in the third bedroom, (the main bedroom and second bedroom have double beds).

The villa is full of character with exposed stone walls and wooden floors so guests can experience the history of this unique region combined with the luxury of modern furnishings and a high standard of facilities.

Spectacularly positioned in Mesudiye, perched mid way up the Kocadag mountain range, you enjoy unrivalled views of this beautiful location. The house is surrounded by olive, almond and an array of different fruit trees in an acre of gardens with a large swimming pool.

Local people are very friendly and offer you the chance to experience traditional turkish cuisine and culture. This stunning coastline is unspoilt and unsurpassed in its beauty. The enchanting pine tree mountains are ideal for trekking, mountain biking and general exploring and the clear blue sea is perfect for sailing, snorkeling and fishing.

Dalaman (DLM) Transfers = 3 hours

The master bedroom contains a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and balcony. This balcony also connects with another bedroom which contains bunk beds suitable for two children or young adults. Both these rooms face south and have incredible views to wake up to.

There also remains a further double bedroom with views of the gardens and olive trees which grow on these fertile hills. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is a large bathroom with bath and shower upstairs and a further toilet and shower room downstairs.

The owners speak excellent English and Turkish.

"Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely villa! The Datca peninsula is a real gem - a genuinely unspoilt place with a stunning coastline, good food and friendly people. Villa Olive garden was perfect for a relaxing family holid ay and had everything we needed - the views from the pool and terrace were beautiful and the olives we picked from the garden and brought home were delicious! Datca harbour and Old Datca were definitely worth a visit, but the highlight for us was playing and swimming in the turquoise sea on a small beach that we h ad all to ourselves.  we have recommended t he villa to friends and hope to be able to come back some time!
